Welcome to Spring Creek Lavender! We’re thrilled to share our farm with you and hope your visit is relaxing, memorable, and safe. By entering the property or purchasing a ticket to any Spring Creek Lavender event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Assumption of Risk

Spring Creek Lavender is a working family farm with uneven ground, gravel paths, animals, lighting displays, and natural outdoor conditions. By visiting or participating in any activity on the property, you understand and accept that:

• You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of minors in your care.
  
• Risks may include, but are not limited to: tripping, slipping, contact with animals, weather-related hazards, and other farm-related activities.
  
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
  

2. Liability Waiver

By entering the premises or attending any event, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Spring Creek Lavender, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or injuries that may arise while on the property, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.

This applies to all events and visits, including but not limited to:

• Lavender & Lights
• Goat Yoga
• Date Night Events
• Workshops & Classes
• U-Pick Lavender and Regular Farm Visits
• Private Rentals and Photo Sessions
  

3. Children & Supervision

Children must be supervised at all times. Some areas of the farm contain uneven surfaces, electric fencing, or open water features. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for minors in their care.

4. Animal Interaction

Our goats, donkeys, and other animals are friendly but can be unpredictable.
Please:

• Approach calmly and under supervision of staff when instructed.
• Never feed animals outside of staff direction.
• Understand that contact with animals carries inherent risks (nips, scratches, or allergies).

5. Event-Specific Policies

Lavender & Lights

• This is an outdoor, evening event with low lighting and natural terrain.
• Guests assume responsibility for safe movement on the property.
• Event is held unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
• Tickets are non-refundable (except if cancelled) but may be transferred to another date (subject to availability).
  

Goat Yoga

• Participation is voluntary and requires moderate physical activity.
• Bring your own mat and water.
• Goats may interact playfully (jump or nudge). You assume all risk of participation.
• Refunds or reschedules are at the discretion of Spring Creek Lavender.
  

Date Nights & Special Events

• Alcohol may be served at certain events to guests 21+.
• Guests agree to drink responsibly and follow all laws and staff direction.
• Spring Creek Lavender reserves the right to remove any guest behaving unsafely or disrespectfully.
• Refunds or reschedules are at the discretion of Spring Creek Lavender.
  

Workshops, Classes, and Rentals

• All participation is voluntary.
• Follow instructions provided by staff for safety and enjoyment.
• Refunds or reschedules are at the discretion of Spring Creek Lavender.

6. Weather & Cancellation Policy

Our events are primarily outdoors and may proceed rain or shine depending on the event, unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions.
In the event of cancellation by Spring Creek Lavender, guests may transfer tickets to another available date, receive a credit toward a future event, or be refunded.
Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.

7. Photography & Media

By visiting or attending any event, you grant permission for Spring Creek Lavender to use photos or video captured on the premises for promotional or social media purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

8. Personal Belongings

Spring Creek Lavender is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought onto the property.

9. Conduct

We ask all visitors to treat our staff, animals, and property with kindness and respect.
Guests engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may be asked to leave without refund.

10. Agreement

By entering the property or purchasing tickets through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
Your participation serves as a waiver of liability and acknowledgment of personal responsibility.
